Please fill out tattoo paperwork prior to arriving for your appointment! You will still need to provide your physical government issued photo ID when you arrive at the shop.
For the time being, we cannot accept walk-ins and will be operating by appointment only. We are required to ask that you come to your appointment alone. All clients are required to wear a face mask for the duration of their visit.

All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancelling your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Clients must reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 48 hours notice or else the deposit will be forfeited. To reschedule an appointment, you must contact the shop via telephone during shop hours. Email is not an acceptable way to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
